Tsinandali is a dry white wine of appellation of controlled origin (AOC), made with grapes Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane Kakhuri, grown in the Tsinandali micro-viticulture area of the Kakheti region of Georgia.
Tasting Notes:
This wine presents a pale straw colour with aromas of young hazelnuts, citrus, and fruit flowers. On the palate, it is highly acidic, lively, and finishes pleasantly.
Signature Serve:
Serve well-chilled at 8–10°C in a standard white wine glass to enhance its fresh and crisp profile.
Food Pairings:
Pairs excellently with fish dishes, poultry, vegetable salads, and cheese.
